Injection Molding Business for Dealers:
To meet the needs of dealers who require private labeling, bulk orders, or advantageous pricing, we specifically offer injection molding services. This is aimed at satisfying the needs of some dealers and large clients. The service is designed for the following types of clients:
- Clients with existing molds being processed elsewhere.
- Clients without molds but with brand or patent requirements.
- Clients without molds but with large quantities of a single product.
- Clients without molds but with products they believe have strong market potential.
Materials for Injection Molding:
- UPVC, ABS, HDPE, PP, CPVC.
Production Mode:
- External Injection Molding Machines:
  The injection molding machines available are capable of processing weights of 100g, 250g, 500g, 1000g, and 2000g.
- For Clients with Existing Molds:
  A. The mold must be confirmed to be intact and meet production requirements.
  B. After product calculations, a quotation will be provided.
  C. Once the quotation is agreed upon, a processing agreement will be signed. If a trademark is involved, proof of the trademark will be required.
  D. Batch production will require each mold to produce at least 24 hours of work per mold.
- For Clients Without Molds But Assured Quantities:
  A. Clients should provide samples for mold and product quotations.
  B. After receiving the mold deposit, production of the mold will begin.
  C. Once the mold is completed, samples will be sent to the client for confirmation. After approval, the client must pay the remaining balance of the mold fee.
  D. A deposit for materials will be required before production begins.
  E. The remaining balance must be paid upon product pickup, with full payment required before production for certain products.
Production Requirements and Delivery Process:
- For auxiliary products provided by us, we may invest in or repurchase molds if we believe the market potential is strong. Once production starts, the provider will enjoy the lowest price with regional protection. The company will charge a processing fee.
- The company welcomes OEM processing.
- For new or high-volume products, if a dealer feels the investment is high, the company can assist with mold development costs under certain conditions. The company retains the rights to profits and quotations while offering the lowest price to the product provider.
Mold Repurchase and Repair:
- If the mold is made by us and is damaged within the expected usage cycles, the repair cost will be covered by us.
- If the mold is provided by the client, we can assist with repairs, but the repair costs will be borne by the client.
