Equipped with advanced facilities like 1 CNC, 2 drilling machines, 1 edge milling machine, etc., and a skilled team of over 5 professionals, we can fabricate: Non - standard flanges: ABS, UPVC, PP flanges (20MM - 1000MM), including blind flanges, with multi - hole drilling available. Non - standard pipelines: ABS, UPVC, HDPE pipelines in custom specs, and can be produced in different colors. Non - standard plastic accessories: Products with diameter or height within 1000MM. Injection Molding Service
To meet distributors’ needs for private - label, large - quantity, or cost - effective solutions, we offer injection molding service. Materials: UPVC, ABS, HDPE, PP, CPVC. Molding modes: For external injection, we have machines with capacities of 100g, 250g, 500g, 1000g, 2000g. If you have molds: We check mold condition first. After product cost - calculation and quotation, a processing agreement is signed. For trademarked products, a trademark certificate is required. If you don’t have molds: We provide mold & product quotations. Once mold deposit is received, production starts. After sample confirmation, full mold payment is needed.
